Responsibility
- Support the development and implementation of employee relations strategies and policies.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address and resolve workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, providing guidance to management and staff.
- Manage and facilitate union negotiations and collective bargaining agreements.
- Conduct investigations into employee grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Organize and conduct training sessions on labor relations, workplace policies, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases, negotiations, and agreements.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to update and enforce company policies in line with labor standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial relations, employee relations, or a similar HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR or Industrial Relations is a plus.
