Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with local labor laws.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide coaching to managers on talent development.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain HR records, databases, and compliance documentation in an organized and confidential manner.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and align HR strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in the hospitality, wellness, or luxury service industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
