Responsibility
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Design and deliver employee training and development programs to enhance skills, productivity, and career growth.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and goal-setting initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a fair and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or multinational environments.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR management.
