Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and local labor laws.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, with professionalism and discretion.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Monitor compliance with labor regulations and company policies, mitigating risks and ensuring a fair workplace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
