Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain strong employer branding to enhance company reputation and candidate appeal.
- Conduct employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, performance feedback, and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment to expand talent pipelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports to track hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all HR processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR generalist roles.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, etc.).
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive mindset.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
