Responsibility
- Assist in the design and development of training programs tailored to employee needs and company objectives.
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, webinars, and onboarding sessions, ensuring seamless execution.
- Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and refine training curricula.
- Track and analyze training participation and feedback to measure program effectiveness.
- Support the implementation of L&D technologies, such as LMS platforms, to enhance digital learning experiences.
- Assist in organizing team-building activities and career development initiatives.
- Conduct research on emerging training trends and best practices to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Passion for learning and development with a keen interest in employee growth strategies.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in training coordination, content creation, or HR-related tasks is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-learning tools (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS) is advantageous.
