Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Support workplace health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a multinational or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
