Responsibility
- Conduct end-to-end talent acquisition, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and labor regulations.
- Manage General Affairs operations, including office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
- Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and discretion.
- Monitor workplace safety and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or General Affairs roles.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Experience in office administration or facility management is a plus.
