Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA Testsuite for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with QA analysts and developers to identify test cases suitable for automation and prioritize automation efforts.
- Enhance and optimize existing test automation frameworks to improve efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
- Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects with detailed documentation for debugging.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in test scripts, frameworks, and test environments.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in test automation and TOSCA features to recommend process improvements.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members on TOSCA and best practices in test automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in test automation, with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with TOSCA Testsuite.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or VBScript) for test automation.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Familiarity with API testing, UI testing, and database testing using TOSCA or similar tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying software defects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams.
- Certification in TOSCA or other test automation tools is a plus.
