Are you a skilled Tooling Engineer with expertise in injection molding, tooling validation, and precision engineering? Right Recruit is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team in Bali, supporting high-precision manufacturing for industries like medical devices, automotive, and cleanroom environments.
In this role, you will oversee the design, development, and validation of molds and tooling systems, ensuring optimal performance, durability, and compliance with industry standards. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibility
- Design, develop, and validate injection molds and tooling systems for high-precision manufacturing.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure tooling meets design and functional specifications.
- Conduct mold flow analysis and simulations to optimize tooling performance and reduce defects.
- Oversee the tooling validation process, including first article inspections (FAI) and process capability studies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tooling-related issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Support NPI projects by ensuring timely delivery of tooling and adherence to project milestones.
- Maintain documentation for tooling designs, modifications, and validation reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 13485 for medical devices, IATF 16949 for automotive).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tooling design, injection molding, or precision engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NX) and mold flow analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge of tooling validation, NPI processes, and cleanroom manufacturing.
- Experience in medical device or automotive industries is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with GD&T, DFM, and lean manufacturing principles.
