Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and project documentation using CAD software.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Civil Engineer, Site Engineer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
