Responsibility
- Lead and manage semiconductor projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and presentations to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the semiconductor industry or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
