Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments to inform project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and government agencies, to align project goals and timelines.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on all project sites.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
- Stay updated with the latest engineering trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in engineering project management, preferably in infrastructure or construction.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or STAAD.Pro.
- Strong knowledge of local and international engineering codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
