Responsibility
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process optimization methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve process inefficiencies through root cause analysis and data-driven solutions.
- Develop and implement standardized work processes, best practices, and performance metrics to drive consistency and accountability across teams.
- Design and deliver training programs to empower employees with continuous improvement tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of improvement projects and ensure sustained results.
- Partner with leadership to align continuous improvement strategies with organizational goals and customer needs.
- Conduct regular process audits and gap analyses to identify opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation.
- Support change management efforts by communicating project benefits, addressing resistance, and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, or operational excellence roles, preferably in a technology, manufacturing, or service-oriented environment.
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, process mapping, and root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA) and proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Tableau).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
