Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of CNC and manufacturing engineers to achieve operational excellence and production targets.
- Drive process optimization initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of CNC machining processes and tooling solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Production) to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.
- Develop and enforce quality control standards to meet industry regulations and customer specifications.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising product quality or safety.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in CNC manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma, process optimization, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Strong technical knowledge of CNC machining, CAD/CAM software, and precision engineering.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and drive change initiatives.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
