Responsibility
- Lead the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, including PLCs, motors, and control panels.
- Design and implement IoT-based monitoring solutions to enhance predictive maintenance and system reliability.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize electrical systems for energy efficiency and performance.
- Develop and update technical documentation, including schematics, maintenance logs, and standard operating procedures.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on best practices in electrical maintenance and automation.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment procurement, installations, and upgrades.
- Ensure adherence to local and international electrical safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Proven expertise in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and IoT integration.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data-driven maintenance strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings.
- Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or commute as required.
