Responsibility
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate AOI, AXI, and X-Ray inspection machines to detect defects in PCBs and electronic assemblies.
- Perform fault diagnosis and repair on testers, fixtures, and related equipment in accordance with fault logging systems.
- Monitor and minimize downtime by proactively addressing equipment issues and coordinating with maintenance teams.
- Conduct first-article inspections and in-process quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IPC-A-610).
- Document test results, anomalies, and corrective actions in detailed reports for traceability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize test processes and improve yield rates.
- Follow safety protocols and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Stay updated on emerging inspection technologies and recommend upgrades or training as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in electronics manufacturing or PCB testing.
- Hands-on experience with AOI, AXI, or X-Ray inspection systems (e.g., Koh Young, Omron, Teradyne).
- Strong understanding of PCB assembly processes, soldering, and defect analysis.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
