Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure the optimal functionality of buildings, equipment, and systems.
- Oversee and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance, repairs, and inspections to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including negotiating contracts, evaluating performance, and ensuring cost-effective service delivery.
- Monitor facility-related budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as local building codes and standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance staff, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement energy-saving and sustainability initiatives to reduce the organizationās environmental footprint.
- Coordinate space planning, office layouts, and relocations to support organizational needs and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in preventative maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as local compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management, budgeting, and vendor negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in facility management software (e.g., CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
