Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical systems, including motors, transformers, switchgear, and control panels.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Install, test, and commission new electrical equipment and systems in compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals and improve system reliability.
- Monitor and analyze electrical system performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and energy efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history using digital tracking systems.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and company policies to create a secure work environment.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and operators on electrical safety and best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and industrial automation systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards (e.g., OSHA, IEC, or local regulations).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
