Responsibility
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems, components, and circuits for industrial and commercial applications.
- Lead the planning and execution of electrical projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses for electrical projects.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, reports, and manuals, for internal and client use.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and recommend innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to support team development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on system design, automation, or industrial applications.
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or MATLAB/Simulink.
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, control systems, PLC programming, and industrial automation.
- Experience with project management and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with international standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, ISO) and local regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
