Responsibility
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems under supervision.
- Document maintenance activities, including work orders, service reports, and equipment logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Adhere to safety protocols and comply with industry regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Support calibration and testing of equipment to meet quality standards.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelorās degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance principles, pneumatics, hydraulics, or PLC systems.
- Familiarity with CAD software, CMMS, or maintenance tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
