Responsibility
- Coordinate BIM workflows across civil, structural, and architectural teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans (BEP) aligned with project requirements and industry standards.
- Facilitate clash detection and resolution processes to minimize on-site conflicts and rework.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to integrate BIM models into project planning and execution.
- Conduct regular model audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and best practices.
- Generate BIM reports and visualizations to support project presentations and stakeholder communications.
- Stay updated with emerging BIM technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in civil/structural or architectural projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in BIM models.
- Experience with clash detection and resolution workflows.
- Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
