Responsibility
- Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems for machinery and equipment using CREO CAD and AutoCAD.
- Create detailed 2D/3D models, engineering drawings, and specifications for manufacturing and production.
- Conduct feasibility studies, stress analysis, and tolerance stack-ups to ensure design integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to refine designs and resolve technical challenges.
- Optimize mechanical systems for cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASME).
- Prototype and test mechanical designs, analyzing data to validate performance and reliability.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including BOMs (Bill of Materials), design reports, and user manuals.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in mechanical engineering, CAD tools, and ceramic technology to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design for machinery/equipment, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in CREO CAD (Parametric) and AutoCAD; experience with FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and machining processes.
- Familiarity with materials selection, especially for high-precision or ceramic applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in design and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and project management skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
