Responsibility
- Design, develop, and test electrical control systems for home appliances, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., IEC, UL, CE).
- Collaborate with R&D, mechanical, and software teams to integrate control solutions into product designs.
- Create and review schematics, PCB layouts, and firmware specifications for embedded control systems.
- Conduct prototyping, debugging, and validation of control algorithms using tools like LabVIEW, MATLAB, or PLC programming.
- Optimize system performance for energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
- Support manufacturing teams in production scaling, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
- Document technical specifications, test reports, and user manuals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., IoT, AI-driven controls) and propose innovative solutions for product enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical controls design for appliances, consumer electronics, or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (Altium, Eagle), circuit simulation (SPICE), and embedded C/C++ or Python.
- Hands-on experience with microcontrollers (STM32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi) and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, CAN).
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, motor controls, and sensor integration.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g., safety certifications for electrical products).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or Thai is advantageous.
