Responsibility
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on rental equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Respond to service calls and provide on-site support to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and support staff as needed.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and ensure proper functionality.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in the rental or service industry.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to equipment maintenance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different sites within Bali.
