Responsibility
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute process changes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes and best practices.
- Monitor and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean or Six Sigma projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and safety standards.
