Responsibility
- Design and develop electrical schematics, control panels, and wiring diagrams using EPLAN or similar CAD tools.
- Create and optimize PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programs for machinery automation and process control.
- Collaborate with mechanical and software teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical components and IoT devices.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards (e.g., IEC, UL, CE).
- Prepare technical documentation, including BOMs (Bill of Materials), user manuals, and maintenance guides.
- Evaluate and select electrical components (motors, sensors, relays, etc.) based on project requirements and cost efficiency.
- Support installation, commissioning, and on-site debugging of electrical systems at client facilities.
- Stay updated with industry trends in electrical engineering, automation, and smart manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in electrical design for machinery/equipment, preferably in industrial automation or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in EPLAN Electric P8 or AutoCAD Electrical for creating schematics and layouts.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi) and HMI development.
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Familiarity with safety standards (NFPA 79, ISO 13849) and EMC/EMF compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-precision environments.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
