Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of thermal management systems and smart solutions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and performance checks to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide technical training and support to customers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in thermal management.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during all service activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of thermal management systems, HVAC, or related technologies.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles safely.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
