Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults in machinery, motors, control systems, and other electrical/mechanical components.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory using digital or manual logging systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules without disrupting operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies during maintenance and repair work.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new mechanical and electrical systems.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff or operational teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, preferably in industrial, commercial, or facility management settings.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, motors, pumps, control panels, and PLCs.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, climbing, or working in confined spaces.
- Familiarity with safety protocols (e.g., LOTO, PPE) and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, local Indonesian regulations).
