Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and stakeholders, to align project goals and expectations.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, progress reports, and risk assessments.
- Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to verify compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations, company policies, and environmental sustainability practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in engineering and project management.
