Responsibility
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and government agencies, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee the preparation and review of engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to meet project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance to on-site teams to resolve engineering challenges.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure or large-scale construction projects.
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Strong knowledge of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards in Indonesia.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
