Responsibility
- Analyze current production processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks using data-driven methodologies.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
- Develop and maintain standardized work procedures, workflows, and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, logistics, quality assurance) to align process improvements with business goals.
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks to drive operational excellence.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., cycle time, throughput, defect rates) and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Train and mentor staff on new processes, tools, and best practices to ensure sustainable improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production optimization, process improvement, or manufacturing engineering.
- Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Minitab, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and data visualization.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
