Responsibility
- Lead and manage civil and OSP projects from inception to handover, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and review project plans, budgets, and timelines, coordinating with stakeholders to align on deliverables and milestones.
- Oversee site surveys, feasibility studies, and design reviews to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of construction, installation, and testing phases.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and quality.
- Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and post-project evaluations to senior management and clients.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols on all project sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and best practices into project workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on civil infrastructure or OSP (fiber optics, telecommunications, utilities).
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISO, IEEE, local regulations) and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera) and technical software (e.g., GIS, BIM).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bali and surrounding regions as required.
