Responsibility
- Design, install, and maintain electrical systems, networks, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on electrical infrastructure to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults, system failures, or performance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute electrical projects, upgrades, or expansions.
- Develop and implement electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation for reference and training.
- Ensure adherence to local and international electrical codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend cost-saving or sustainability initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers or service staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical system design, maintenance, or service engineering, preferably in industrial or port environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical networks, control systems, PLCs, and automation technologies.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing tools, diagnostic software, and CAD programs (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP).
- Familiarity with safety protocols, including LOTO (Lockout-Tagout), arc flash safety, and PPE requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently or in a team, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
