Responsibility
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems for construction projects in Bali.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety of M&E installations.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and documentation for project stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and support to site teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and sustainability in M&E systems to enhance project outcomes.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment in alignment with project requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E systems, with a focus on construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and international standards (e.g., ISO, IEC).
- Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
