Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of the crusher plant to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and output quality.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Monitor plant performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and quality control, to align plant operations with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues, and coordinate repairs or upgrades as needed.
- Prepare and present regular reports on plant performance, maintenance activities, and safety incidents to management.
- Train and supervise plant operators and maintenance staff to ensure adherence to best practices and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in plant engineering, maintenance, or operations, preferably in a crusher plant or heavy industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical components used in crusher plants.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local Indonesian standards) and environmental compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and mentor team members.
