Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate on-site technical operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to plan and execute technical projects.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on site activities, progress, and resource utilization.
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts, optimizing resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven expertise in site maintenance, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, OSHA standards, and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using technical tools, software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project), and diagnostic equipment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
