As a key liaison between clients, legal teams, government authorities, and internal departments, you will manage critical documentation processes, from title verification to final transfer, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and full legal compliance. Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end title transfer processes, including verification, due diligence, and registration with local land offices (BPN).
- Prepare, review, and file legal documents (e.g., deeds, contracts, permits) for property acquisitions, sales, and leases.
- Coordinate with notaries, lawyers, and government agencies to ensure timely approvals and compliance with Indonesian property laws.
- Liaise with clients, developers, and financial institutions to resolve documentation discrepancies or delays.
- Maintain organized digital and physical archives of property records, titles, and transaction histories.
- Monitor regulatory changes in Indonesian real estate law and update internal processes accordingly.
- Conduct title searches and risk assessments to validate property ownership and encumbrances.
- Provide clear, professional communication to stakeholders on documentation status and requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or Real Estate (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property documentation, title transfers, or legal compliance (real estate sector preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian property laws, land registration (PPAT), and BPN procedures.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority transactions with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent English and Indonesian (Bahasa) communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
- Familiarity with luxury real estate markets in Bali is a plus.
