Responsibility

  • Facilitate and manage real estate sales transactions from initial client consultation to final closing, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Prepare, review, and process all necessary documentation, including sales agreements, contracts, and legal paperwork, to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients, banks, notaries, and government agencies to gather and verify required documents for property transfers and sales.
  • Conduct due diligence on properties, including title searches, zoning checks, and verification of ownership to mitigate risks and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, documentation, and client interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on real estate processes and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients, market properties, and achieve sales targets in Bali’s competitive real estate market.
  • Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance and provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, documentation, or a related role, preferably in Bali or Indonesia.
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions, legal documentation, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling documentation and financial records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
