Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive offerings in Bali's real estate sector.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, real estate, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (preferred but not required).
