Responsibility

  • Oversee daily facilities operations, ensuring compliance with safety, security, and maintenance standards.
  • Lead and coordinate on-site vendor teams to deliver high-quality services, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation for cost-effective operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute facility upgrades, renovations, or expansions.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for compliance and operational transparency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management, real estate, or a similar role.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing vendor teams and cross-functional collaborations.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in facility operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
