Responsibility
- Oversee daily facilities operations, ensuring compliance with safety, security, and maintenance standards.
- Lead and coordinate on-site vendor teams to deliver high-quality services, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.
- Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation for cost-effective operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute facility upgrades, renovations, or expansions.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for compliance and operational transparency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management, real estate, or a similar role.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing vendor teams and cross-functional collaborations.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in facility operations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
