Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure properties are well-maintained and repairs are completed promptly.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance or safety issues.
- Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and terminations, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor property budgets, expenses, and financial performance, providing reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote vacancies and attract high-quality tenants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of property management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations in Bali.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
