Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring all systems and equipment are functioning optimally.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of assets.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and other facility-related projects.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage budgets and expenses related to facility operations, seeking cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a commercial or retail environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
