Responsibility
- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in AU/UK/NZ markets.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals with precision.
- Handle tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and emergency situations promptly.
- Conduct virtual property inspections and report findings to property owners.
- Process rent collections, arrears management, and financial reconciliations.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers for repairs and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations in target markets.
- Maintain accurate records and generate monthly property performance reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or real estate administration.
- Strong understanding of property laws in Australia, the UK, or New Zealand (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in property management software (e.g., Console, PropertyMe, or similar).
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Tech-savvy with experience in virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello).
- Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace in Bali.
