Responsibility

  • Manage and update property listings on multiple short-term rental platforms.
  • Coordinate bookings, check-ins, and check-outs for international guests.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients and guests.
  • Liaise with property owners, cleaning teams, and maintenance staff to ensure high standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies to maximize occupancy.
  • Prepare reports on property performance, guest satisfaction, and revenue.
  • Assist in expanding the company’s property portfolio through research and outreach.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in property management software and online booking platforms.
