Responsibility
- Manage and update property listings on multiple short-term rental platforms.
- Coordinate bookings, check-ins, and check-outs for international guests.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients and guests.
- Liaise with property owners, cleaning teams, and maintenance staff to ensure high standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies to maximize occupancy.
- Prepare reports on property performance, guest satisfaction, and revenue.
- Assist in expanding the company’s property portfolio through research and outreach.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in property management software and online booking platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the short-term rental market and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
