Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, renewals, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring properties are well-maintained and safe.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and property value.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, rent collection, and expense management.
- Conduct regular property inspections and report findings to stakeholders.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
- Prepare and present reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or real estate.
- Strong knowledge of property laws, lease agreements, and financial management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant and stakeholder interactions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Bali.
