Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, including meetings, travel, and appointments with precision and discretion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to support executive decision-making.
- Oversee logistical arrangements for property viewings, client meetings, and corporate events.
- Conduct market research and compile data to assist in strategic planning for property development projects.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and maintain strict discretion.
- Liaise with high-net-worth clients, investors, and industry partners to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address challenges to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role, preferably in real estate, property, or luxury services.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and exercise sound judgment.
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
