Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring optimal functionality and tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate and execute high-profile events, promotions, and activations to drive foot traffic and engagement.
- Manage leasing agreements, negotiations, and tenant relations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to enhance property value and attract premium tenants.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that position Saradise as a must-visit destination.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
- Prepare regular reports on occupancy rates, financial performance, and operational metrics for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial property management, leasing, or retail operations.
- Proven track record in tenant relations, contract negotiations, and event coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
