Responsibility
- Process and verify timekeeping data, ensuring accuracy in attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other statutory benefits.
- Assist in payroll preparation by compiling and validating employee work hours, deductions, and allowances.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Maintain confidential employee records and update HR databases with timely and accurate information.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and timekeeping in a professional and timely manner.
- Generate reports for management on payroll expenses, benefits utilization, and attendance trends.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in timekeeping and benefits administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in timekeeping, payroll processing, or benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory benefits in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in HR or payroll (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
