Responsibility
- Develop and implement global HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in alignment with local labor laws and company standards.
- Lead international recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires across all regions.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management for a diverse, multicultural workforce.
- Oversee payroll administration, benefits, and compensation structures for global teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Design and execute talent development programs, including training, career pathing, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with regional managers to address HR needs, improve retention, and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Utilize HRIS and data analytics to track KPIs, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and position JB Cocoa as a preferred global employer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a global or multinational environment.
- Proven expertise in international labor laws, compliance, and cross-border employment.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP) and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors is highly advantageous.
